Construct the bimafiller tool


Synopsis
bimafiller(msname, mirname)


Arguments

msname   Filename for MeasurementSet to create
    Allowed: String
    Default: ''
mirname   Name of an input miriad visibility dataset (note, miriad datasets are directories).
    Allowed: String
    Default: ''


Returns
bimafiller tool



Description

This constructor just creates the bimafiller tool, it does not do any actual filling.



Example 
- mybf := bimafiller(msname='3c273.ms', mirname='3c273.vis')
