rmadd(scanrec, name, desc)

Arguments

scanrec		an SDRecord
		Allowed:	boolean
		Default:	globalscan1
name		the name of the SDRecord in the Results Manager
		Allowed:	string
		Default:	auto-generated name
desc		the description of the SDRecord
		Allowed:	string
		Default:	none

Returns
T (if successful)
