Set the viewable Y range of an already existing plot using the right Y axis


Synopsis
sety2scale(ymin, ymax)


Arguments

ymin   The minimum Y value to show
    Allowed: float
ymax   The maximum Y value to show
    Allowed: float


Returns
boolean


Description
This gplot1d-emulator function must be used after ploty2, plotxy2, or timey2 has already been called. It resets the viewable Y range and refreshes the display. This alters the displaylist in the pgplotter.
