Add a new possibility to an option which is of type 'userchoice'

Synopsis
addtouserchoicelist(vl)

Arguments

vl		record with fields 'param' which is the string identifier of the option, and 'newitem' which is the new option to add to the list.
		Allowed:	record

Returns
T or fail

Description

This function is used to add a possibility to a choice list for display options which are of type 'userchoice'.
