dcr.gauss - Function

Fit a gaussian function to the data.

Synopsis
gauss(xarray, yarray, height, width, center, plotflag)

Arguments

xarray		X values
		Allowed:	double
yarray		Y values
		Allowed:	double
height		initial guess for height
		Allowed:	float
width		initial guess for width
		Allowed:	float
center		initial guess for center
		Allowed:	float
plotflag		plot the result?
		Allowed:	boolean
		Default:	T

Returns
vector of residuals.

Description
This function fits a gaussian to the data. The residuals are returned.
