Plot sidelobes

Synopsis
plot_sidelobe(scan, receiver, basepct, bottom)

Arguments

scan	Scan number
	Allowed:	Int
receiver	Receiver number
	Allowed:	Int
	Default:	1
basepct	Percent of scan to use for baseline
	Allowed:	Int
	Default:	10
bottom	dB level to use for cutoff at bottom of plot
	Allowed:	Int
	Default:	-70

Description
Plots the sidelobes on the traditional dB scale. Best if used on a scan intended for this purpose.

Returns
boolean
