Synopsis
fileexists(file, opt)

Description
This provides a simple interface to the UNIX test command for testing for the existence of files. See the man page for test for a definition of the options that can be used to test for particular file types. The default test is to see if a file exists and has a size greater than zero.

Arguments

file		file name
		Allowed:	String
opt		option for UNIX test command
		Allowed:	String
		Default:	-s

- dms.fileexists('foo')
