apr-may Collect single BL datasets from existing facilities and/or
       simulated data.  ATF interferometric data may be available
       just before the test start.

may-jun Data pre-testing and verification that the data is
       appropriate for TST2.1 goals.

jun-jul Development and pre-testing as needed

aug-sep Intensive testing by software team and NAUG members

15sep   First round of internal testing complete (at least 2 people
       have reduced each dataset and delivered scripts).  Cookbook
       delivered to D. Shepherd.  TST2.1 web site ready to go.

26sep   Testers receive memo from D. Shepherd giving final details of
       the test.

1oct    D. Shepherd completes verification of cookbook (text and
       scripts) and spot checks User Reference Manual, supporting
       help documentation, and TST2.1 web site.
