- usability: OK, one change requested:
change 'fldid' to 'fieldid' so it is consistent with
the way other tasks do the selection.
I love the flexible channel selection.

More detailed testing: compared continuum-subtracted image,
line+continuum image, continuum-only image. Much more detailed
scientific comparison than what I did in Dec03. Also compared
images done with fitorder=1 and fitorder not set (default=0) - got
essentially the same answer. Still works great.
